This project is an exploration in using agar and wool scraps to create interior tiles which dedicate to sound absorption and insulation. This project also suggest an efficient way to connect tiles together without using any adhesive.

How can seams, fastening, joints also serve as decoration?
How can laser cut pattern increase flexibility in attaching and detaching of a piece of textile?



Using shimmery, light weight and firm agar sheets colored by
wool waste, this experiment suggests one more way of constructing laser-cut textile with joints cast from CNC-milled molds.
